365 Ways to Meet People in Cleveland, by Miriam Carey (published 2001) Hmmm...Opensewer as a venue for the singles scene...interesting. The author didn't contact us about being in this book, but there we are, on page 159. From the book: "OPENSEWER.COM, a national organization"...that's fine..."hosts meaningful online conversation and intellectual discourse."...well, we don't really do it much online, but..."It also has groups that meet--live--in cities around the country, including Cleveland."...yes that's true. You can buy the book on Amazon.com, if you so desire. |

Blog
of Note, 11/16/01 To quote Blogger: "Their blog is nicely integrated into their site on the front page, and is a great example of using Blogger to enhance an existing page. The people of Opensewer post external and internal links and commentary. The site is much more than the blog so be sure to explore the art and information there. In this case, the revolution may indeed be Bloggerized." |

| Member since June 1999. GDNet was a truly wonderful web project, while it was operational. The site is currently not functioning. | |

May
6, 1999: "Tor likes temples and Tor grew up in suburbia."
(Old stuff. This was when OPENSEWER.COM still had the subtitle, "The
Suburban Temple.")
